Weaver Global Resources agrees to provide all requested materials, information, documents, and feedback in a timely manner.
Weaver Global Resources is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including financials, claims, projections, ownership structure, legal status, and business details.
Weaver Global Resources is also responsible for obtaining legal, tax, accounting, and securities advice where necessary.
To move forward, Weaver Global Resources agrees to the scope of work and the upfront fee of $5,000. Payment is required before the project begins.
